Hi there!

So today i updated my old 2G/8GB. After that i did the jailbreak with quickpwn.
Everything works fine exept the appstore (and my "old dock-icons-jiggeling-problem):
I am able to open the appstore-app but if go to categories there is a "(0)" behind every category.
But if i go into an category THERE ARE THE APPS.
But if i select one and go to "info",
The Infoscreen opens for a second and than the appstore-App crashes!!!
This happens withe EVERY APP.

WHAT CAN IT BE?

EDIT: appstore app IS dedecting if an app-update is available- but crashes a second after clicking "update"

Anybody else with this problem?

I also having issue after upgrade.I just did a shift+restore in itunes and use quickpwn2.2 to jailbreak. I was using categories and had a folder which had all the games. After upgrade and restore from backup, Itunes shows that i have all the apps installed but i cannot see them on the springboard. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few apps. Doesnt work. Itunes and app stored both show the apps as installed.
What should i do?

had the same problem - just make a new game folder in Categories.
If you go to "ad" there should be all the apps you are missing. Ad them, and after closing categories they should be in the folder. If you delete them in categories, they should be on homescreen.

Do you have the appstoretroubles as well?

Try a DFU restore to apple firmware 2.2, then use Quickpwn to jailbreak, activate.
Once iTunes popps up after upgrading and is offering to restore data from a backup, dont. Instead choose "setup as a new iPhone".
Sync the iPhone then with iTunes and bring back the apps and stuff.

Does categories work on 2.2 yet? I dint try but guessed that an update will be required for Categories as well.

No other troubles for me. Updated few of my apps fine yesterday.

Thanks a lot. Everything working fine after installing Categories. I can see the apps now.
