Default Adding a custom payload to quickpawn

The new version of quickpawn doesnt seem to allow custom payloads.
Say Im willing to live without installer. So I can take that one app which is the most critical and rename it as installer. This will fool quickpawn into installing it.

My only problem is that Im not able to find the new apps as tar.gz files only as *.deb files.

    So two questions.
    a. What is the one app I need to get into the iphone so I can use Itunell with it. (Telnet/File control)

    b. How do I move a *.dev file to a tar.gz format.

    c. I forgot the name of the directory for the Cydia Autoinstall. i.e. you put a file there and it auto installs.
