Default Able to go from 2.2 back to 2.1?

If I restore to 2.2 and use QuickPwn2.2 to unlock/jb on a 2G iPhone, can I go back to 2.1 after?
So I restore using the 2.1 firmware and use QuickPwn 2.1 to unlock/jb.

    Is this possible?

you would have no reason to go back, 2.2 is alot better than 2.1 and everthing works including fetch which was broken in 2.1
    Good Luck
