Ok, well I went through everything and I restored my phone with the custom firmware and everything worked well except for the fact that I have no cell phone service...I have bar showing signal but no logo and under network it show "not avaliable" Did i put a wrong setting on it...??

I'm assuming you used the Pwnage Tool but what OS

The mac version puts the bootneuter app on your springboard. Did you set unlock to on?

The windows version doesn't give you a functional bootneuter so download it from the source (search)

Also, did you restore to 1.1.4 in iTunes before using Pwnage?

Give a little more info about firmware and methods used to unlock. It'll make helping you easier.

I am using windows...No I did not restore it before...But I cannot get on the installer because it will not let me get on my wireless router after using the custom firmware...

Shift - Restore to 1.1.4 in iTunes

Use winpwn to pwn the phone then create your custom 1.1.4 IPSW

Shift - Restore to custom firmware in iTunes

Set up as a *new* phone in iTunes

Download bootneuter from the scrapeserver source (Search)

Use the bootneuter app to unlock

Remember winpwn is in beta so there may be a few bugs.

If winpwn doesn't work, I'd try iLiberty

ok I am working on that now, but is there anyway to get your contacts back on my phone because I lost that back up in itunes for some reason...???

Are your contacts in Outlook or Outlook Express?

iTunes will sync the contacts to the phone

no they are not..

When you made your contacts if you clicked on "sync contacts" then they would have been saved on your computer.

If you didn't click on "sync contacts" then you have lost them and will have to manually add them to your phone... and when your done I suggest you sync the contacts so they get saved!
