When I cancelled it and tried "Restart in DFU Mode" but all I get is "Searching for iPhone...".
Oh well! Time to take it back to the store.

Oh yeah, I forgot that they'll probably hook it up to iTunes. Hmm I'll try some more with ZiPhone but doesn't look good.

Go on a different PC, hook your phone into DFU mode by hand and try to restore it there... A different PC makes miracles sometimes. At least this worked for me everytime i had iTunes errors.

Put it in DFU mode by:
Connecting your iPhone (Powered on) to your computer
Turn the iPhone off
hold the power and home buttons for 10 seconds EXACTLY
after ten seconds release the power button and keep holding down the home button and you should hear the device recognized noise or iTunes should say device recognized
Then try restoring.
More details here: http://www.appledailytimes.com/downloads/iStudy.pdf
If it doesnt see it in DFU mode then I dont know what to tell you...
But if it doesnt see it and it is in DFU mode then you should be safe to take it back to Apple, they wont be able to tell you messed with it unless they have something special or you didnt try everything. But if they cant help they will give you a new one if you have a warranty.

I'm not able to get it into DFU mode:
1) Hold down Power + Home button for 20 seconds
2) Release Power button while holding down Home button
3) Connect USB cable
4) Check iTunes
Result = Nothing
Remember that my iPhone has not turned on since I used the Pwnage tool with the iPod Touch firmware.
