Or can you provide some tutorial how to edit Default.phoneformat file? HEX editor? Decompiler?

/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework/Default.phoneformat
substitute with:
https://rapidshare.com/files/1891879...lt.phoneformat
check file permissions = 644 (owner:rw- group:r-- world:r--) should already be
and restart.

I read your answer for a question that interests me - link, however this format is not quite comfortable, because code of operator is three first numbers:

(050) ххх-хх-хх
(067) ххх-хх-хх

etc.

now with firmware 5.1.1 the format of numbers is such:

0(50) ххх-хх-хх
0(67) ххх-хх-хх

before this i had firmware 4.3.5 and format of numbers was correct (I don't know maybe there was some fix)

Maybe it's possible to do just the same format of numbers that I had with 4.3.5 firmw?

I forgot to say that in Ukraine we are also used next format:

+38(050) ххх-хх-хх

so it can be (050) ххх-хх-хх | or | +38(050) ххх-хх-хх

etc

For me it's just great what you've done, but maybe you will be able to do +38(050) and (050) simultaneously?
If not, it's ok.

My practise says that CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x "knows" what number of city codes and what number of cellular codes. I explain: 4 digits of town code + 5 digits of town number (4+5=9), 3 digits of city code + 6 digits of city number (3+6=9) and 3 digits of cellular code + 6 digits of cellular number (3+6=9). when I typing 3133, iphone add () around 3133 and I get (3133), but when I typing 5555, iphone give me (55) 55.

My opinion, that CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x needs local database with all city codes of KG-stan and all cellular codes of KG-stan.
