    Try to edit a number in the address book, save, restore as it was originally and save again.

    Yemen Fix is included in:
    CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x (Cydia - Localization)

    If you have problems with cdma roaming from China to Yemen
    take a look at file /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppSupport.plist
    should be:
    CPActiveCountryCode cn
    CPHomeCountryCode cn
    CPNetworkCountryCode ye

    where:
    cn = China
    ye = Yemen
    CPActiveCountryCode = your Operator/SIM country
    CPHomeCountryCode = your home country
    CPNetworkCountryCode = your actual network country

    set International assist ON will add +86 automatically
    to Local numbers in address-book when you make a call from outside your country

    Dear Frank
    Thanx for your fast reply, but callerid fix 5.x not working well, it doesn't recognize cell phone numbers coz it's like this
    7x xxxxxxx
    But it should be 7xxxxxxxx or 7xx xxx xxx,

    file /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppSupport.plist
    I try to change it but when i check it again it's back like this

    CPActiveCountryCode us
    CPHomeCountryCode us
    CPNetworkCountryCode ye

    Hi Frank-

    Im from El Salvador. Is my country supported by your fix? Im trying to dial through siri or voice dialing, but its expecting 9 digits, but in El Salvador to call any number across the country you dial 8 digits. So no one here can use siri to dial.

    But apparently at power-up US locking of your iPhone is prevalent.
