Vietnam is not modified from "CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x" because the 5.x standard version seems to work , so you can uninstall it.

But if you have installed is because you must have some problem.

Are you sure that Vietnam is set in Settings->General->International->Region Format->

Only if you use a SIM-adapter for a carrier-locked iPhone try this extra fix
for CPActiveCountryCode = vn (Vietnam)

save original file (if present):
/private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppSupport.plist
substitute with (or copy) :
http://rapidshare.com/files/16217839...ort.plist.html
check file permissions = 644 (owner:rw- group:r-- world:r--) should already be

Although the latter two do not seem valid numbers
I suppose that are four representation of same number (should match together)
and the format that I can do is this:

0 (98) 112-11-11

I live in Kyrgyzstan. I have +996 code of country, 3-4 digits in code of city (for example, my town Karabalta has town code 3133), our capital Bishkek has city code 312, towns have 5 digits in phone number (for example, my phone number is +996 (3133) 7 22 XX), cities have 6 digits in phone number (eg. +996 (312) 55 55 55) Cellular operators have 3 digits in code and 6 digits in numbers (eg. +996 (555) 001 8XX).
With CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x I have:
city/town numbers - good format - +996 (3133) 7 22 XX, +996 (312) 22 55 66
cellular numbers - bad format - I see at iPhone +996 (55) 100 18 XX, but i want to see +996 (551) 001 8XX or +996 (551) 00 18 51 or +996 (551) 001851.
Can you help me?
My practise says that CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x "knows" what number of city codes and what number of cellular codes. I explain: 4 digits of town code + 5 digits of town number (4+5=9), 3 digits of city code + 6 digits of city number (3+6=9) and 3 digits of cellular code + 6 digits of cellular number (3+6=9). when I typing 3133, iphone add () around 3133 and I get (3133), but when I typing 5555, iphone give me (55) 55.

My opinion, that CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x needs local database with all city codes of KG-stan and all cellular codes of KG-stan.

I'm in tremendous need of your help. I have the same caller ID issue that most people have with their CDMA phones running iOS 5.0.1. With my GSM iphone 4 running 5.0.1; the cydia tweak caller-id fix worked perfectly. It's not working the same for the CDMA (Verizon) in Yemen. I have 2 CDMA iPhone 4 and 1 iPhone 4S (CDMA- but running Gevey Ultra S Sim; now running on a local network.)

Here's my problem.

None of these tweaks work for Yemen. I'll explain the format:
Country Code +967

Cell Phones: +967(XXX XXX XXX) (but when you dial from a cell all you need are the 9 digits ######### - no space no gap)

Land Lines are a little different: In order to call a land line it's just 8 digits (########)

now the problem with the cydia tweak is that how the number shows up on the caller ID and how you're able to type it in on the person's contact info comes out differently.

Spaces are only displayed but eliminated during the call,
if GSM was OK but not CDMA probably your country is not recognized

for CPActiveCountryCode = ye (Yemen) try this extra fix
