strange situation for Bangladesh in iOS 5.0.1 :

first time Bangla is set for calendar, but if you change region you can not go back.

try to use bn_BD instead of en_BD (but probably does not work)
    or restore iPhone with iTunes.

Hi Frank, Am in Lebanon and when I receive calls from mobile numbers starting with 70, 71, 76, then the name will not appear because the number format will come out like that (70X)xx-xxx or (71X)xx-xxx or (76X)xx-xxx while the numbers format in lebanon is 70XXXXXX etc..
    thanks

    (xxx)xx-xxx is an unknown format
(xxx) xxx-xx is the US format

are you sure that Lebanon is set in Settings->General->International->Region Format->

the name may not appear if you have an adapter for a carrier-locked iPhone because
an US SIM is recognized instead of your local SIM

for CPActiveCountryCode = lb (Lebanon) try this extra fix
    save original file (if present):
    /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppSupport.plist
    substitute with (or copy) :
    http://rapidshare.com/files/18021912...ort.plist.html
    check file permissions = 644 (owner:rw- group:r-- world:r--) should already be
    and restart.
