hi Frank. I'm from uzbekistan, tashkent. thank's for fix for our country but in new fix for ios 5 i found some bugs with dialing mobile nubers wihtout region code. for example ucell mobile number with code dislayed as +998 (94) 664-59-** and it's right! but without code (66) 459-** same problem with 7 and 9 dights please fix this problem. Danyel

ps: in .GlobalPreferences.plist <key>AppleLocale</key> <string>ru_RU</string> change it for uz cann't help

For Uzbekistan with iOS 5.x , if you need the equivalence:

    810 998 (94) 664-59-12
    +998 (94) 664-59-12
    8 (94) 664-59-12
    664-59-12

    Save original file:
    /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework/Default.phoneformat
    substitute with:
    https://rapidshare.com/files/4290560...lt.phoneformat
    check file permissions = 644 (owner:rw- group:r-- world:r--) should already be
    and restart.

But formatting of numbers without international prefix works only
if Uzbekistan is set in Region Format , try with ru_UZ or en_UZ

I have not tried, but I am confident that it works the same with the 4s

Fraaank ))) Now any dialed numbers with 6 7 & 9 parse with ###-##-## mask. It's like in your equivalence 664-59-12 but other numbers are in default ####### mask as 24454** 33378** replace ###-##-## mask with ####### please

For Uzbekistan (short numbers ###-##-##) with iOS 5.x
    Save original file:
    /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework/Default.phoneformat
    substitute with:
    https://rapidshare.com/files/1287618...lt.phoneformat

    Hello Frank,
could you look at number format for Kyrgyzstan(kg) with iOS 5.0.1?
    Now it's like this:
    +996 (312) ## ## ##
    +996 (##) ### ## ##
    0 (312) ## ## ##
    0 (##) ### ## ##

But I think it must be same for 312 and other...
    Could you change it to:
    +996 (312) ##-##-##
    +996 (###) ##-##-##
    0 (312) ##-##-##
    0 (###) ##-##-##

    Please

But to set Bangladesh in International->Region Format (to get formatting also for local numbers without +880):
    install "erica utilities" from Cydia
Open WinSCP and connect to iPhone (same as when you transfer files)
open "Commands" menu and select "Open Terminal"
when Terminal Window appear cut next line:
    /usr/bin/plutil -set AppleLocale -value en_BD /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plist
and paste in "Enter_command" then click on "Execute".
if result is OK you can see "Writing new value for AppleLocale to " without errors .
    Restart .

and "CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x" is coming soon.

after using this command, my Bangla character format has gone. I don't like english format. I want my previous or default Bangla character format. please tell me which ccommand restore my previous state
