    Format these Belarussian numbers:

    +375 (##) ###-##-##
    ###-##-##
    8 (###) ###-##-##

    Thanks in advance!
Belarus is included in all recent fixes , example
    Save original file:
    /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework/Default.phoneformat
    substitute with:
RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting
    check file permissions = 644 (owner:rw- group:r-- world:r--) should already be
    and restart.

How to set Belarus in Region Format (for numbers without +375):
    install "erica utilities" from Cydia
Open WinSCP and connect to iPhone (same as when you transfer files)
open "Commands" menu and select "Open Terminal"
when Terminal Window appear cut next line:
    /usr/bin/plutil -set AppleLocale -value ru_BY /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plist
and paste in "Enter_command" then click on "Execute".
if result is OK you can see "Writing new value for AppleLocale to " without errors .
    Restart .

Use en_BY instead of ru_BY if you prefer english calendar.

    Dear Frank,

I'd like to ask you to make another update for Ukraine.
On 19-10-2009 Ukrainian authorities changed local dialing rules:
Long distance prefix was changed from 8 to 0. International prefix was changed from 810 to 00. And leading 0 in all area codes was removed. Also phone numbers within area codes 800 and 900 were changed from 7-digit to 6-digit.
So now all numbers must be formated like this:
    0 (56) 777-77-77 (previously was 8 (056) 777-77-77)
    0 (562) 66-66-66 (previously was 8 (0562) 66-66-66)
    0 (5644) 5-55-55 (previously was 8 (05644) 5-55-55)
    0 (800) 666-666 (was 8 (800) 666-66-60)
    0 (900) 666-666 (was 8 (900) 666-66-60)
    00 1 (212) 555-55-55 (was 810 1 (212) 555-55-55)
"International" formating should also be changed from
    +38 (050) 777-77-77 to +380 (50) 777-77-77
I.e. moving 0 from brackets to country code, as country code for Ukraine is +380 (not +38)

    Thank you in advance.

Lebanon is apparently fixed in IOS4 , if not
my opinion is that "CallerID-Format Fix for FW 3.x" is still valid for 4.x

    Dear Frank:

I got the iPhone 4, and I confirm that Caller ID for Lebanon is fixed in IOS4. However, the number format is a mixed bag.... If you choose lebanon in region formats, that will fix the number formats, however, everything like badges etc. switches to Arabic. Hence, when a jailbreak becomes available for iPhone 4, I believe a number format will be needed.

Many thanks Frank and Best Regards

does the software fully compatible with IOS4?
