numbers prefixed with 0 , 00 , 000 or +46 match all together .

For test save a number with +46 and try other combinations on dialer ,
a little name should appear.

If you receive from operator numbers without +46 the iPhone cannot substitute it automatically
and you need to modify number manually every time you save an unknown in address book .

Attention to start calls from recents , could be a wrong number.

I replied too fast without testing your fix properly. Sorry for that.
And you are right, I dont´t need to have multiple numbers saved in my address book any longer. I save all my numbers with the +46 prefix and they are now displayed correctly thanks to you and your support.

For incoming calls that are not in my address book, I can not see the +46 prefix. That is however not a problem as long as I don´t have to save multiple numbers.

I have now updated my address book and am a lucky man. Big thank you! Your help is very appreciated my friend.

i have a few more problems. hopefully you can help...
1.the time is a hour ahead from the local time.
2. im having trouble sending text msg.s to certain people:
if i were to create a new msg. and send to this person it would send
-but if i were to reply it would fail.
i dont know if this makes sense to you..
please help.

I think that the local time is not a problem,
could be wrong numbers from nework provider, but with the right name (thanks to the fix).
A simple test is to change a number in the address book to see the real number received.
In this case you can not reply to recents but instead you must use the address book,
otherwise I do not know what to say.

ok for the time i needed to change the time zone.
concerning the reply messages i have not find a solution yet! even i would delete the contact and create it. i cant reply. i have tried different ways to still send. with or without plus area code with no success. any more ideas?

May be that if you start the text conversation first, then you can reply regularly.

I suppose that when you receive a text message with a wrong number (even if the name seems correct)
fails to reply because that number is not valid.
if you start a text conversation with a friend and he will respond , when you send again then
the iPhone will use the first number (the good one because it comes from the phone book),
although the intermediate was wrong.

so how do i resolve this? its really irritating. i have found away to work around this by every time deleting the msg. and creating a new one then im able to send.. but as soon if the person would reply. and i would want to reply back i cant. msg will fail to send!
i was able to send with out a problem in the beginning of the fix so suddenly this is happening. and it are just a few numbers.
any ideas?
