Hi Frank,
Would you re-apply for Malaysia (MY) settings?
landline 0X XXX XXXX
landline 0X XXXX XXXX
mobile 01X XXX XXXX
I would like to have format without country code. just the spaces to differentiate mobile provider and state. Thank you.
Hi Frank8,
But my provider adds 00 and not 0 to all incoming calls, 00xxyyyyy.I live in Sweden, +46, and I know that this is supported by the iPhone. However my provider adds an extra 0 to all incoming calls (i.e 0xxyyyyyy), wich is really anoying. I have all my numbers stored as +46-xx-yyyyyy so they will match ok under text messages but the phone wont translate incoming calls correctly.
I tried the CallerID fix on Cydia but it didn't fix my problem.
Thanks

Probably the fix works when the numbers are saved with +46 (+46 11-22 22 22) and received with 00 (0011-22 22 22 22)
Another problem may be in the case of an hardware unlock (TurboSIM,YesSIM…) if file
/private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppSupport.plist is not 97 bytes.
For numbers with spaces in Malaysia
save original file:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework/Default.phoneformat
and substitute with:
RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting
check file permission = 644 (owner:rw- group:r-- world:r--) should already be
and restart.
p.s. Country code (when received) cannot be eliminated.
Hi Frank8 and thanks for your fast replay.
But i can't get it to work.
If I reseve a local nummer it displays like 00091090510 on my iPhone, and when calling the number I only need 091090510.
And my "com.apple.AppSupport.plist" is 97 bytes.
Thanks

Hi Frank,
I upload the files and it work successfully. Just wanna ask simple question.
The spaces does not apply if I didn't put +60. Is this correct?
Say if I include +60 then it will display as +60 12 XXX XXXX and if I just enter without +60 it will display as 012XXXXXXX
By the way, for sms, is it in different hex? If can, I want no spaces at all for SMS, say 01XXXXXXXX. Thanks![]()
For Sweden with 0 or 00 or 000 or +46 before numbers
save original file:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework/Default.phoneformat
and substitute with:
RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting
check file permission = 644 (owner:rw- group:r-- world:r--) should already be
and restart.
Thanks Frank8, now it works perfect.
