For fw 2.2.1 only

save original file:
System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/PhoneFormats/UIDefaultFormat.phoneformat
Substitute with file at post #679 (renamed to UIDefaultFormat.phoneformat)
(check file permissions = 644) and restart.

If you like english calendar use method explained at post #680 with:

In fw 2.2 the command was:

In fw 3.0 plutil works with this command:
/usr/bin/plutil -set AppleLocale -value en_RU /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plist

I don't know if last version of plutil works with old fw 2.2 (now I have 3.0)

Caller ID minor changes : Argentina , New Zealand , Russia .

Pakistan is included (with the solution discussed in posts #708 to #713)
