Default A simple iPhone Format for Costa Rica

Settings/International/Region Format/Portugese/Brazil, and you obtain the Costa Rica format: ####-##### instead of: ########.

Since FW2.x, ID for SMS doesn't work with the ICE (local cel provider), a provisional solution is to add and duplicated the phone number of yours favorites contacts with the 506 prefix:

506####-####, now all your received SMS from your favorites contacts shows the ID.

    Question Mexico format

    Frank
I would like to understand and do it my self with your help. That is if you are willing to help me.
I am trying to put this set of rules:
    <string>01 (###) ###-####</string>
    <string>+52 (###) ###-####</string>
    <string>(###) ###-####</string>
    <string>###-####</string>
    <string>01 (55) ####-####</string>
    <string>01 (81) ####-####</string>
    <string>01 (33) ####-####</string>
    <string>+52 (55) ####-####</string>
    <string>+52 (81) ####-####</string>
    <string>+52 (33) ####-####</string>
    <string>(55) ####-####</string>
    <string>(81) ####-####</string>
    <string>(33) ####-####</string>
    <string>####-####</string>
    <string>044## ####-####</string>
    <string>00 $</string>

So far I know that MX is in the offset 0x563D and the full set is:
    14 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 30 30 00 00 00 00 00

From What I understood the first set of rules starts 14 bytes after the start of the set which is 30 30 or 00. Is this correct?

    Thank you for your help

    Santiagoamr,

    at address 0x250 you have the jump 0x4BC5 + 0xA8 = 0x563D

    35 32 00 00 6D 78 00 00 C5 4B 00 00 --- 52 mx

at address 0x563D you have Header

    14 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 30 30 00 00 00 00 00

Header length is 0x14 = 20 bytes , where shoud begin rules ,

but the second word is 00000000 and so you have no rules and no strings,

only the information that international prefix is 30 30 = "00".

You must modify the jump to end of file and add a new Header ,

your preferred rules and format strings in the free space .

    Default NUmber format for Brazil

    Hi There,

unfortunately the format included in the firmware 2.1 for Brazil (+55, BR) is not working properly, here is the old Plist file that used to work with the 2.x firmware.

    <key>br</key>
    <array>
    <string>0300 ### ####</string>
    <string>0500 ### ####</string>
    <string>0800 ### ####</string>
    <string>041 (##) ####-####</string>
    <string>(0##) ####-####</string>
    <string>####-####</string>
    <string>00 $</string>
    </array>

    Can someone help?

    Thanks in advance.
