Now I am coming back to PhoneNumberTemplates.plist
Template representation is (54,00,0,2,8)(54,00,0,3,7)(54,00,0,3,8)
but area length is really used ?
what happen if I put (54,00,0,0,10)(54,00,0,0,11) ?

Hi Frank,
No Idea, this is the first time I'm editing a file myself to fix something! Before always found a fix on the net for a problem like this
Step2 - proposal of textual representation :
UIDefaultFormats.phoneformat
Nc(
(32 , be , L )
(359,bg , L )
(55 , br , L ))
[( L1 , L2 , Nb ,( 0 , 00) )
( 1 , Na ,
(0,9,4,0,X, Lstr2)
(2,2,8,0,X, Lstr1)
(3,3,8,0,X, Lstr1)
(4,4,8,0,X, Lstr1)
(9,9,8,0,X, Lstr1))
( 2 , Na ,
(10,19,8,0,X, Lstr5)
(47,49,9,0,X, Lstr3)
(50,89,8,0,X, Lstr5))
( 3 , Na ,
(800,800,8,0,X, Lstr4)
(900,900,8,0,X, Lstr4))
(n# ### ## ##,####,n### ## ## ##,n### #####,n## ## ## ##)]
with automatically resolved:
L = offset to block 1 : Header
L1 = Length of Header
L2 = Length of Rules blocks
Lstr1 = offset to sting1 in block 4
Lstr2 = offset to sting2 in block 4
Lstr3 = offset to sting3 in block 4
Lstr4 = offset to sting4 in block 4
Lstr5 = offset to sting5 in block 4
X=1 if “n” is in the matching display rule “Lstr..” X = 0 if not
Na = number of rules in a match block
Nb = number of rule blocks
Nc = 0xA78 offset?
Anyone do the UK?
Generally, these end formats would suffice:
02x xxxx xxxx
03x xxxx xxxx
05x xxxx xxxx
011x xxx xxxx
01x1 xxx xxxx
01x82 xxxxxx
07xxx xxxxxx
08xx xxx xxxx
Can Someone write a thorough tutorial? It's a bit complicated for us.

@ JoVr
Nc = number of countries
Nc * 12 + 4 = 0xA78 offset

Effervescent,
Thailand in text format is more readable
.
.
(66, th , L )
.
.
[( L1 , L2 , Nb ,( 0 , 001) )
( 1 , Na ,
(2,2,8,0,X, Lstr1)

will be resolved automatically :
L = offset from first block 1 : Header
L1 = Length of Header
L2 = Length of Rules blocks
Lstr1 = offset to sting1 in block 4 = 0
Lstr2 = offset to sting2 in block 4
Lstr3 = offset to sting3 in block 4
X=1 if “n” is in the matching display rule “Lstr..” X = 0 if not
Na = number of rules in a match block
