Safe to use 4.1 PT bundles for 3G by MSFT guy ?
Hi
I'm using a 4.0 3G and looking to upgrade to 4.1 to get some life
back in the slow iPhone
Dev team released redsn0w but no Pwnagetool yet for 4.1.
I've read about MSFT.GUY's release of custom bundle but is it safe to use it?
someone tried it ?
I absolutely need to keep the baseband from being upgrade and use ultrasn0w to unlock and can't afford to brick my phone
Any help is appreciated

His bundles are okay for most usage. I have been using the 3GS bundle for a while.
However, he doesn't own a 3G so his 3G bundle is less well tested. Not seen any negative reports though.
There are reportedly problems with some cydia apps (specifically apps by chpwn for example Infinidock)

Thanks for your help !!
I guess at worst I'd be able to restore 4.0.1 since I have SHSH on file
