4.3.5 is NOT an untethered jailbreak. Right now 4.3.5 is pretty useless for unlockers/jailbreakers (but maybe that will change later if someone develops an untether for 4.3.5 - so save your 4.3.5 SHSH anyway). Stay with 4.3.3 (but you should install the Cydia package that backports the SSL fix that is included in 4.3.5)

Yes, if you have installed OpenSSH then you should be able to connect via a SSH or SFTP program. Either connect via the 3GS's wifi IP address or use the itunnel_mux app to connect via SSH over the USB cable (faster than wifi)

Be sure to change your root password from the default alpine (there are some worms that infect other jailbroken iPhones with SSH installed and the default root password)

I have been playing with jailbroken 4.3.3 on my 3GS for a month and observed that the phone is running very slow and wanted to go back to either 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 jailbroken and also unlock it. Is it all possible and how difficult it is?

Can you let me know what should I do to downgrade to 3.1.2 or 3.1.3 while presreving my baseband version 05.11.07.

Can you start a new thread and specify more details - especially - Old or new bootrom 3GS? Saved SHSH blobs for 3.1.2 or 3.1.3??
