wlan for my iPhone 2 has stopped working and I was about to restore to 3.1.3 again to try to get it fixed, but PwageTool 3.1.5 does not recognize iTunes ("iTunes 8 or higher not found..."). I tried to download the newest PwnTool but that does not support iPhone 2??? Suggestions welcome!

I am on Mac, fully patched with latest iTunes 10

Just ignore the message, it's a bug with version reporting. PwnageTool sees iTunes 10 as a lower version than 9. It's not the only utility that has experienced this type of problem. Apple's automator also has the same issue.

I've experienced the same issue and had no real problems using pwnagetool 3.1.5 with iTunes 10.0.x - to be honest I have only tested with already pwned iPhones, so maybe the error impacts the initial pwning of iTunes/iPhone.

Big thanks for the info. I will have a try (the phone is used in Sweden and has therefore been pwnd before, so I guess I am in the same situation as you were)
