I have several Boot images for winpwn but when I try to use them it says the file is too large and needs to be kept under 100kb...

Is there a way around this or how do you knock downt he size of the image? The boot logos I have are used by others but why can't I?

Just a hint for you. I had several images that were to big in terms of size. The follown g procedure can knock that down.

Save the image as gif. This at least reduces the colors that are used to 256. In most cases you wont see a difference. You can even try to reduce the number of colors, that are used here to 128 or even 64.
Then open a new emty image with transparent background at 320*480 and paste the gif into. Save as png-24 then as described.

That always saved me a lot of kilobytes and made almost all images I had working.
