Hi,
I've activated/unlocked/jailbreaked my iphone with pwnage tool and now the battery life seems to be at a minimal. I charged it last night, and already it has died! This can't be right?
Any one had this issue before?
Thanks.

I have the same issue, and a lot of people have similar issues. I don't know if there is one cause or several different ones. My battery now lastes approx 12 hours and restoring doesn't help.
I don't have this problem after I used the tool I was getting better life out of the batt. Only when I use wifi or SSH left on do I have the low life on the batt.
I don't have this problem either. What programs do you have installed on your phone? Some programs have changed and now will drain your battery quicker. Example - Navizon now has a bar that is added to the Maps program. The problem is, it runs even when the maps program is closed, it also runs when you put the phone to sleep. With the bar activated my phone wouldn't last the day, even while in Airplane mode and in standby the whole time. Turned off the bar and viola my battery life was back on par.
Other programs cause battery life issues as well, this was just about the biggest drain that I've run into.
Mine is a fresh restore, and the problem is still there after a another restore.
I have to agree, i've also noticed my battery drains alot quicker after using pwnage
When you pwned your phone, did you select the SSH package to be installed? If so, it could be, that it's running in the background all the time?
I have no problems with my pwned phone (1.1.4)
I wrote this in a different thread but this is my experiences. I am not 100% sure its due to Pwnage Tool, but I got it on my phone after I used Pwnage Tool:
I got a tip in another thread to shut it of while connected to the dock and turn it on while still connected. This worked... for a while. Then it came back.I also have the same problem with my phone turning itself on unless I turn it off when it is connected to the dock. It also drains itself in a couple of hours. I have restored it several times without luck. When I let it drain completely and then connected it to the dock to charge, I can shut it off (while connected to a wall outlet). However, when I turned it back on and played with it for some time and tried to turn it off again, the same thing all over again.
What I have discovered though is that If I put it in standby-mode (by pressing the sleep button) I can here static noise in the headphones. This is normal, and after a while it disappears and it becomes silent. However, after a few seconds, the static noise comes back, as if the phone starts up from standby due to some program launching (the screen statys black). This then continues ... static noise comes and goes. So the phone is never in standby for more than a few seconds.
I have tried to look for any programs running in the background with different apps, but I can't find anything out of the ordinary. And this still continues after restores, both regular and from DFU-mode. I have searched with google and on this forum without success.
no issue with battery after pwnage + 1.1.4 here.
Battery usage is much more when I tested pwnage + 2.0 beta stuff ... well, it's beta alright...
