    How about creating a custom .ipsw with BootNeuter in it and restore it through iTunes?

    Use PwnageTool if you are on a Mac or winpwn if you are under Windows; PwnageTool is so easy to use it's self-explanatory, winpwn.... well, I have no experience with that but there are plenty of guides on how to use it but here is a guide
