Default [Pwnage Tool 2.2.1][2g iPhone][2.1] Stuck in recovery mode (NOT DFU)

    Hey guys,

I was trying to upgrade my pwnaged 2.1 iphone to 2.2, got stuck in recovery (not dfu) mode in the process. How do I get out of recovery mode on a mac?

Sorry if this has been covered already, I've been digging for a few hours now and havn't been able to find anything.

FIXED!!!! For me anyway, and I hope for you!

So I tried to update to ios 7 and after downloading the software iTunes tried to update my iPad 3. I received the error 3004 and iPhone stuck in recovery mode the "Connect to iTunes" screen and could not get out of it. Completely annoyed!

But then I remembered something from when I used to fiddle with iPhones. I opened a program I had called iPhone data recovery, which can be used to force boot out of recovery mode (the "connect to iTunes" screen).

My ipad was still connected to iTunes and in recovery mode. I opened iOS data recovery, selected my iPad (which was just shown by the serial number), then clicked "Exit Recovery" and BAM!!! It immediately kicked my out of the recovery screen and started my iPad back up to my home screen.

Don't worry about that. iPhone stuck in recovery mode always happens when you update the iOS on your iPhone. And you can solve the problem by doing so:

First is to put your iPhone in DFU mode.
    1. Turn off iPhone
    2. Hold down the power and home button.
    3. When you see the Apple logo, release the power button but continue holding the home button down.
    4. Open iTunes and wait for it to tell you that itís in restore mode.

Then you should fix with a iPhone Data Recovery Tool.
    1. Fix the Problem of iPhone Stuck in Recovery Mode
    2. Recover Data from your iPhone Directly
    3. Recover Lost Data from iTunes Backup

You can help a try to solve your problem.
