    Default ipsw file for us windows users

    any chance we can get an ipsw for a 2g iphone on 2.0.1 with cydia and installer, unlocked and activated please.
    I would be soooo grateful

    Damn thing. It said "put in recovery mode" well that gives me error 6

    how about DFU?!
    It'll ask if you had your iphone pwned before. Click No. That way you will DFU and not get error 6. If you click yes, it will tell you to do RECOVERY...and then you'll get error 6

    the download server is pretty dead (giving out 0-byte files).
    all the noobs on the blog are flipping out because they think it's not working because they don't understand tbz, not because the server is broken.

    Just to let everyone know... the custom ipsw (default settings, includes cydia and installer) is smaller than original ipsw... seems strange because custom 2.0 ipsw was bigger than original...

    no windows, wait for winpwn for that
    dev team have said the packages are compatible with xpwn so if you feel like mucking about you can probably get it working...
