[Pwnage 2.0] Can't Sync AppStore Apps
Hey there,
big thanks to the DevTeam
Just got one little Problem, I cannot sync the downloaded Apps from the AppStore. No matter where i download them (iTunes or iPhone). It tells me i am not allowed to transfer the apps from/to my medias because my Computer doesnt have the permission to do so?
I guess, the reason for this is, that the AppStore kind of "knows" that i dont have an legitimate activated iPhone, so i am not allowed to sync my apps via iTunes...
... not a big thing, but if any one got a way around it would be great.
thanks,

I'm seeing the same issue. I'm on T-mobile. Upgraded from 1.1.4 to 2.0 yesterday using Pwnage 2.0.
I downloaded a few (free) apps from AppStore directly onto my iPhone last night. I just tried a sync with iTunes today, and get this error message for all AppStore apps.
I hope this can be fixed!!

That's odd...
I went into "iTunes Store" from iTunes, and went to my account settings. It asked for my account email/password.
I then sync'd my iPhone with iTunes again. It didn't seem to back up any AppStore apps (it didn't say that in the top message bar). I thought it must have 'remembered' the fact that it failed before.
So, I went to my iPhone and downloaded another free app. I then sync'd again. Again, I never saw it say anything about backing up my app store apps.
But, after the sync, I clicked on the "Applications" item on the left of the iTunes screen. All of the AppStore apps I had downloaded to my iPhone are showing there.
Does that mean it copied them to my PC? Or, is it just showing me what was 'purchased' at the AppStore based on my account info?

Nevermind that last post - I figured out how to "Authorize" my PC for AppStore.
After the failed sync, I think the apps I downloaded to my iPhone are visible in the "Applications" item in iTunes.
Double-clicking on one of those apps told me that my PC wasn't authorized for this app. It asked me if I wanted to authorize this PC (asked me for my account email/password). I did that, and it told me that it was successful (2 out of 5 authorizations are used).
Double-clicking on the other app icons doesn't give me the error any more - so authorizing one app for this PC authorized them all.
I hope this info helps anyone else who runs into this problem!
