Default [pwnage 2.0.2][fw 2.0]quick upgrading procedure question

firmware 2.0 was the first time i ever jailbroke, and everything went smoothly, i did my homework etc. but now an upgrade has come out and i dont exactly know the procedue so-
when pwnage tool 2.0.2 released, you go through the steps to pwn it like before.
then can you option click UPGRADE rather than RESTORE in itunes and choose the custom firmware file? and while i'm at it can i also reset the boot logo back to the apple? and then if you do that, will all of your apps and settings (winterboard and stuff) be there like before??
i dont wanna re-do all of that with the icons and apps and everything...would be tedious..

    thanks

If you used pwnage or winpwn you only need to pwn once(and it seems like you already did)...once pwnage 2.0.2 is released all you have to do is build a custom FW like you did for FW 2.0 and during that process you can reset the boot logos to whatever you want. As far as the option to upgrade vs. restore you could do that but whatever previous apps you had will probably not work as they haven't during any upgrade except possibly now AppStore apps so apps like Winterboard. BossPrefs etc from Cydia might not work if you did a upgrade, but I have always done a restore and just set everything backup just so its a clean install....Your choice on that part just consider that any apps from Cydia might not work if you do an upgrade and will probably end up doing a restore.

No. If you do a restore everything will be wiped clean including apps that were installed. It means you will have to reinstall everything again. But if you do an upgrade, your apps will stay but might not work.
