Default [Pwnage 2.0.2][Fail to Build IPSW continuosly]

    Hi
I've had multiple failures updating my 1.1.1 iphone to 2.0.1 using Pwnage 2.0.2

Everything is ok but just when its time to build the ipsw, it keeps failing.

Anyone has any ideas on how to solve this please? Thanks

EDIT: Looking at the Log, everything seems to be ok until the last line:

    Zipping .ipsw file
    FAIL

    Try downloading pwnage again.

What are you using to unzip?
I remember a few notes to keep in mind on their blog.

"NOTE: DO NOT USE “THE UNARCHIVER” to decompress our .tbz files, it’ll corrupt them, just use the existing Apple utility called “Archive Utility” that ships with OS X, usually a double click will do, but in case you have something else weird and non-standard installed the correct decompression tool can be located at /System/Library/CoreServices/Archive Utility.app"

    And

"Please ensure you ONLY download and use the tbz file - as we warned yesterday the re-compressed unauthorized .zip files cause problems with certain parts of the release."

    One more "tip" is...

You MUST have a lot of free space to create the IPSW.
I think 1Gb is enough. If you have more than that ignore my post

Ok after much frustration, downloading firmware over and over, I realised what was wrong.

For some reason the Iphone 2.0 folder that I had created had Read Only Permission which caused the IPSW to be unable to be placed in the folder.

Sigh. At least the mystery is solved. Thanks all for the input
