    Because i do some "sh**" with my iPhone on SSH
    and have to restore again... and do it succesfull !
    (Better and faster than use Itunes Backup)

    Absolutely right. especially when you screwed up the instllation and synced afterwards you always should use a "fresh" custom firmware. Restore from backup in iTunes is slow plus might give you back the setting you just screwed ;-)
