will i lose data, settings if i upgrade from unlocked 2.2.0 to 2.2.1 thru pwnagetool

i want to upgrade an unlocked iphone.
but i am concerned that i will have to setup everything all over again.

since the process of unlocking has become quite smooth now, i was wondering if one loses data and settings in the upgrading process?

but i have an application called intelliscreen installed and that will lose its settings.
