I live in Belarus. When dialing +375 (29) XXX-XX-XX all displayed correctly.
But if the area code 44, the first two digits of the pass in parentheses.
+375 (44XX) X-XX-XX
You can fix it, that would look +375 (44) XXX-XX-XX.

This happens with the original firmware (if first number after 44 is different from 1 or 2 or 3 or 4)

Format fix for Belarus is already included in:
CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x (Cydia Localization)

If you prefer to manually replace the file then the latest version can be found in post #985

I'm from indonesia I'm using ios 6 on cdma ip4 which my country not supported
I try to edit AppSupport.plist but it only fix the caller id on recent phone list and also work when i receive the call the number immediately change to contact name

what should i do ?
I have install Caller ID Format Fix from cydia too

Hai Frank, i got some solution here after replace Default.phoneformat with ios 4 version it running well until my operator send me a message with header contain with String instead number and my message apps starting crash all the time, revert back to original phoneformat and delete the message solve the problem
any idea what should added to phoneformat file ?

For Indonesia "CallerID-Format Fix iOS 5.x" changes Default.phoneformat just to get a different number formatting , Caller-ID was Ok.

Check if your country is set in Settings->General->International->Region Format->

If you use a SIM-adapter for a carrier-locked iPhone try this extra fix
for CPActiveCountryCode = id (Indonesia)

save original file (if present):
/private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppSupport.plist
substitute with (or copy) :
http://rapidshare.com/files/31542432...pSupport.plist
check file permissions = 644 (owner:rw- group:r-- world:r--) should already be
and restart.

Someone said it works , but in other cases at power-up US-locking of iPhone is prevalent and the file is overwritten !

Hi Frank, I'm kalos from Malaysia.

Previously, i try to edit the "/private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppSupport.plist" to change the "CPActiveCountryCode" and "CPNetworkCountryCode" using iFile, and after saving the file and rebooting my phone, the value that i've change will switched back to the default value which is "fr", and not "my". Is there any way for me to changed it permanently?

And by the way, can I have the "default.phoneformat" for Malaysia? Thanks in advanced. Have a nice day.
