Pwn on MAC, sync Backup from PC?

Hey!

When Pwnage Tool 2.0, hopefully is released soon, ill Pwn my 1st gen iphone on my Hackint0sh buy when the process is complete i want to sync my newly pwned iphone with my old backup from itunes on my PC, will this possible ? Or will it screw my iphone ?
