does pwnage work for 2g iphone 1.1.4 with the NEWEST itunes and baseband?

I'm on 1.1.4 JB and UL and will upgrade once I get confirmation that it works.

the guides were written a while ago and I don't see them updated to the 8.0.2.2 version of itunes (only 8.0.2) and I'm not sure if the newest baseband for iphone works.

please confirm and then I will try it out after I transfer any files I have on my iphone off them.

yes it works. DFU restore to 2.2 using latest itunes and jailbreak/unlock using quickpwn for mac/win.
