2.2.1 - iTunes detects Musik after Sync as "Other Stuff"

Hm... got a little bit bigger problem(s? ^^)...
got my iPhone (2.2.1) Pwned (Jailbreak, no Bootneuter) with an .ipsw from PwnageTool 2.2.5
Now, when i Sync my Musik to my iPhone, iTunes first detects it right (as Audio),
but when i launch the iPod, there is NO music. :spinme

After rebooting or reconnecting iTunes detects the Audio as "Other Stuff" (Orange color), further the iPod App doesn't find any music (although, the Musik is in the Media folder!).
Applications didn't get synced (they aren't in the Applications folder so they doesn't get to the iPhone), but the contacts or E-Mail Account did & works. (Maybe they were synced when i've restored?)
Strange thing guys...

Have replaced the "Real" Mobilinstallation file with a cracked, and the cracked with the backuped, but it seems not to be the problem...
