There is nothing you can do except install them after pwning. That means your system partition is full or you have reached the winpwn space limit. So just install those after you have restored and you are good to go!
iPhone "2G" - 3.1.3 - Jailbroken + iPhoDroid
iPhone 4 - 4.0.2 - Not jailbroken (yet)

yeah, but I want to add an ibuilder bundle, and I can not do that because the os partition is to small, so, thing is, I wont have enough space, because the fonts and ringtones are not symlinked, could I do that before I upload the custom firmware to my iphone?

umm its possible I think. But if you cannot then there is no way to add the bundle. And I do not think you cannot symlink before pwning because the scripts are run after restoring so they will not be moved until after restoring.
I just realized that you could put the bundle in the installer and install from there. You would have to do that after restoring though. You'd have to learn how to use the local packages feature of installer 3.11.
