Passwords NOT being saved on Pwnage 2.0.3
There is a bug with the new version of pwnagetool on 3G for firmware 2.0.2 (although it may afflict other firmwares) where passwords are not saving.
I am sure the dev-team will bring a fix shortly.
Is there anyway to manually correct the permissions using terminal though so it saved everything as it should do?

wi-fi and email and I am sure other things are not saving as well.
I didn't bother going any further after I couldn't sync mobileme so I just decided to see if someone had a manual solution or wait for the devteam to correct it.

Is this happening to everyone? It's not a minor issue....shouldn't this be stickied as a warning? I'm sure dev team will fix this very soon...

Solution!
Create a custom firmware WITHOUT Installer/Cydia.
Restore.
Passwords will be fixed!
Use QuickPwn to put Cydia/Installer back on the phone and everything will work.
Not very convenient but it does what it needs to...

Always set up as a new phone obviously.
As I am not sure what exactly is messed up it is hard to apply permissions to everything!
Remmeber this is only worthit if you want to use 3G and keep the baseband the same as before otherwise you could just update and use quickpwn!
