No Service after SIM change
Hi,
i have a unlocked (Pwnage)) 2G iPhone running 2.1 FW with a VF sim. This is running fine. Because my VF contract is cancelled today i changed the sim to a T-Mobile one. Any guess what .. I get no service ...
What do i have to do in case of a sim changed to keep the unlock ?
Thx.

I've been having the same problem for the last few weeks.
Not sure where in the world you are, but here in the UK (forgive me if i'm telling you something you already know), the iPhone is only available through official channels on O2.
I've been using an unlocked iPhone with my T-Mobile UK sim in for the last 6 months with no problems (in fact any T-Mobile UK sim works!!!).
My contract with T-Mobile has now expired & I was looking to move to another provided but no matter what sim I install (unless its another T-Mobile sim) I get 'no service'.
I'm currently on 2.1 FW, having unlocked it with Quickpwn when I upgraded to 2.0 FW (previously was using ziphone whils at 1.1.4 FW).
I have tried alsorts to try & resolve with no joy (I've even rolled back to 2.02, 2.0 & 1.1.4).
No matter what application I use (winpwn, quickpwn, iliberty, ziphone) only T-Mobile works!
If you're in the UK & VF = Vodafone UK, then we could always swap phones as I want a phone that will operate on the Vodafone UK network & you want one that runs on T-Mobile UK!!!
