Default .ipsw without itunes store info?

Hello all, first post, glad to be here. I did some searching but this place is plum full of thousands of post.
Anyhow, how do I make a custom .ipsw without having my itunes store info (login I.D.) show up in the app store in my 1st gen iphone? I have successfully ran Pwnage Tool 2.01 ( Thanks Dev Team!) I tried to de-authorized my computer and then build one but it didn't work? Any ideas?

Did you sync you phone at all to your computer after the restore? Not even restoring a previous back-up just syncing to the computer. Im asking this because as long as your signed into the iTunes store on your computer, whenever you sync your login will be transfered.
