I've just updated my iPhone 3GS to 4.3.3 and have installed Ultrasn0w 1.2.3. The carrier is recognised but calls can't be made. I can get onto the internet but there is no way to make a call (no bars).

The baseband is iPad 06.15.00, any ideas?

Sounds like it is IMEI blacklisted

It could also be a provisioning problem with your SIM card, contact your carrier. It's likely NOT ultrasn0w that is the problem.
