iphone 3.1.2 OTB Jailbreak Help
Hi Guys,
Noobie here to the forum so apologies if this is posted in the wrong bit.
I have an iphone 3gs that was 3.0.1 out of the box that i succesfully updated to 3.1.2 and jailbroke using blackra1n.
I bought my bro a new iphone and it is running on 3.1.2 out of the box and tried jailbreaking using blackra1n however due to Apple changing somthign on the bootloader (or something) this jailbreak is tetther and requires you to re-run this everytime you reboot or turn off your phone (unlike the 3.0.1 otb iphone).
Obviously this is quite frustartins as if your iphone dies whilst your out and your recharge you have to re-run blackra1n. i am a PC user but my friend has a mac i can use. What I woud liek to find out is if the Pwnage tool will jailbreak 3.1.2 3gs out of the box without having to reboot each time.
thanks in advance

Pwnagetool currently does not work at all with this updated bootrom. Your only choice at the moment is to run blackra1n after each boot (or choose to not jailbreak at all)
