Why dont they just release a custom (french) package for Pwnage 1.1 containing all apps, enhacements and pachtches without the firmware.
We have excellent tutorials here how to include then when creating the custom ipsw file.

Exactly, thats what I have done for the Danish people

By doing so they are giving weapons to Apple to shoot them down.

I guess soon they'll have to change and propose a patch only (without the firmware) solution.

It's a patch only !
