why waste time with betas and close exploits when you could wait and jailbreak/unlock the final release, geez, i love you guys but at the same time your killing yourselfs by closing exploits and rushing things...........

@theshakyone: Hey dude try to get on IRC sometime today. I am working on a script from the ground up to do the jailbreak, with a bunch of improvements.
-Unlock for all carriers instead of just legit ones
-No copyrighted material within the jailbreak, so we don't have to worry about using thepiratebay or something
-OpenSSH, BSD Subsystem, and a patched Services.plist built in
-Extended Preferences Hack for 2.0 (Optional )
-Could most likely make it compatible with iPod Touch if I edit a few things

I think I understand, let me explain... It is better for them NOT to release it at this point since apple will be able to find the exploit (s) they discovered, and patch it for the initial release, which means no more ANYsim/third party apps on the iphone... If hackers update pwnage/winpwn the day of or after the 2.0 release, apple will need to wait until the next update to find and patch that exploit.

Never let your opponent know what your up to, or what advantages you have over them.

i'm not finished yet but with a few tweaks i can support beta4, its supposed to do beta5 though.
