I did the pwnage 2.0 on mac.
in order to include bundles, you need to create these bundle files and put them into the corresponding folder of the pwnage application. I donīt remeber the exact name but it was like "custom package" or something like that. the same one as the cydia.

the easiest way to create them: iBundle on windows - but it applies only to the old installer files for pre-2.0-firmware.

in general a bundle is only a 1:1 image of the applications/files you want to includes.
means: if you have a currently running iphone with a lot of things setup, you need to get these files including their folders ans put them into a bundle.
they will be copied into the firmware 1:1

e.g.: I did a bundle for the transparent dock icon because I donīt want to ssh in all the time.
so inside my dock.bundle it has the folder-structure as system/library/.../springboard.app/ and in there I put the image file for the dock. this is now included every time.

I know - not perfect explanation for now - but at least a start...

Thanks for that info - really helped!

But im nore sure im settings permissions correctly, i have created a custome bundle with a plist detailing whats needed etc, i have set the perms for the app to:

    <key>Permission</key>
    <string>6775</string>

    Which I assume is 755?

The ispw is created and can be restored to my iphone, but upon launching the application is crashed (or exits) back to the springboard, suggests to me perms are incorrect?

Any ideas or thoughts on this? Maybe my plist is incorrect?

At least it is now installed from the ispw!
