I somehow managed to have bbupdater -v say baseband unresponsive to pinging.

since i couldn't run ieraser or ienew, keep saying waiting for data, i just go ahead to the a17 but it say Did you erase the flash first?

The problem with doing A17 without knowing for sure that your baseband is erased is that you don't know whether you just aren't making proper contact with A17 trace, versus your baseband not being erased in right locations.

We talked about that already MuscleNerd....i can say that i'm sure it didn't work for me, i was on 1.1.4, i'm going to retry on 1.1.1.....I'm 100% sure that the trace isn't broken nor i didnt connect the testpoint correctly......

since i can't erase the baseband , that the problem we have and yes the tp are proper contact do it under microscope and the trace are not broken . pretty much are screw now. can't get ienew running

MucleNerd, i have a perfect iphone zipnoned (lol), and is working fine, fully working,

do you think is possible to i be stucked on this " determining your settings " ? maybe because i hv downgraded my BL ?

If you can make and receive calls, then both your bootloader and baseband are fine, and I can't think of how you can be stuck at "Determining settings". If you have term-VT100 or Terminal.app, could you launch it, unload the commcenter, and do
"bbupdater -v". If you get a response from that, but BootNeuter gets stuck at "Determining settings", that would be strange..because both use the same mechanism.

and ran bbupdater -v and i got

my firmware version / eep version / eep revision / booloader correct

so for sure i wont have problems to run pwned, is that right?
