    So plug it into your mac with Independence running and see what happens! If it works it takes at most a minute or so and the phone will kick into the home screen/activation screen.
    Ahh ok, i've already been doing that. I restore the phone to v1.1.4 with iTunes. It hangs with error 1011. I kick it out using eziphonetool 'boot to normal mode' and i return to the activation screen. But i still have the same problem the phone says repair needed, no wifi and no bt

    Hey MuscleNerd
    i tried ieraser but it stalls at 'waiting for data' i did a search on the forum and it may be because i need to kill commcenter. Im 99.9% sure ive done this, i load up bootneuter which does this at startup. I also tried typing in the command so im pretty sure this isn't the problem

    I was wondering if i need the corressponding secpack of my firmware? It was a OTB v1.1.2 unlocked with Ziphone so i may have soft updated to v1.1.3.

    Either way do you know where i can get v1.1.2 and v1.1.3 secpacks? thanks man

    Yeah, we're many in this situation, it's related to the invalidate calibration tree and many other stuff. Hope the Dev team finds a fix

    found this and now i can start it without passing trought the check of bootneuter. Only if i click on his icon, it starts checking and iphone stops.
    If i try to reboot it doesn't work. Only if i open itunes and iliberty a couple of times in retore mode, iphone starts again.

    sorry for english...

    You bought a used iphone right? And it never worked for you for cellular? Do you know anything about its history?

    Hi MuscleNerd,

    I have similar problems as toanxung. I have new, untouched Iphone, which came with 'repair needed' problem. Ilberty+ can jailbreak it and activate it, but I can not use WiFi fix or BootNeuter as they can not change baseband due to the checks that they perform with baseband prior to the reflash/change of the baseband. When I use sping and bbupdater I get same results as toanxung :

    Unexpected result 0xc1! when running sping
    bbupdater -v baseband unresponsive to pinging

    What are my options?

    nono it's new. I've tryed to use ziphone (damn it)and his wifi fix. I've already use ziphone 5 minus before mine, on another iphone maybe from the same store. Same firmware similare serial etc etc....
    With the other all gone right.... mine stops while trying to flash bootloader with ziphone. I didin't know that wifi fix wasn't the right thing to do, and now i'm not able to unbrick my iphone.
    I've tried liberty with the payload found here, iphone start but when i click on bootneuter icon it stops responding on "determinig current settings".
    Tried pwnage, and like liberty it stops in the same process.
    I've try to solve the wifi problem with swifi fix, killing CommCenter but it want stop.

    sorry for my english...again

    How can your new phone have no IMEI or wi-fi? Unless you used ZiPhone and that is what messed it up?
    iPhone US 8GB
    FW 1.0.2--> iUnlock--> iPhoneSIMfree--> 1.1.1 --> 1.1.2--> Soft upgrade 1.1.3 --> 1.1.4 using signal.app
    iPhone UK 16GB
    FW 1.1.3 OOB --> 1.1.4 --> iPlus 1.2 unlocked!

    <----If I helped you out, rep points are always nice (thanks for that idea!)

    Yeah that's what it looks like.

    unit52 if you run sping and it gives you the 0xc1 result, the only potential hope (however slim) is the hardware A17 hack. That will only work if your baseband happens to be empty at certain key spots.

    Since you used ziphone 5 times before this one, nobody can blame this on user inexperience. ziphone might have bricked your radio but try sping to verify that, and then maybe consider A17.
