My iPhone was downgraded to bl 3.9 with ZiPhone.
Restored using a :iphone:custom IPSW:iphone: and went to 4.6.
Everything went fine until flashing baseband.
How long it takes? It has been a while and it is still there.

lol a while isn't exactly an accurate amount of time.
Why don't you watch the videos I posted of the process in the FAQ so you can see for yourself but I have a feeling by now its finished lol!iPhone US 8GB
FW 1.0.2--> iUnlock--> iPhoneSIMfree--> 1.1.1 --> 1.1.2--> Soft upgrade 1.1.3 --> 1.1.4 using signal.app
iPhone UK 16GB
FW 1.1.3 OOB --> 1.1.4 --> iPlus 1.2 unlocked!

Most likely it will give an error-2 baseband is already flash.

took me a couple of minutes - not long at all. Anyway if its only at baseband level its not fatal if something goes wrong, its when your neutering the BL or upgrading/downgrading it which is when you should get concerned

Same here. Mine took around 2 to 3 mins when I neutered my iphone.
