Will a pwnage produced ipsw upload correctly using quickpwn?

I'm trying to determine if I can produce an .ipsw on a mac, then bring the file over to windows to do the actual upload. Is quickpwn the right tool to do that final upload, or should I just upload using iTunes?

    Thanks,
    twinotter

The custom firmware files are "cross-plattform". But iTunes is the tool to apply them.

No luck. I got an "unknown error" 1600 when I tried to install using the Windows iTunes...

Try to restore without DFU mode, just a normal restore to that custom firmware.
