[1.1.4] Upgrade from ZiPhone to Pwnage 2.0 ?
I would expect most answers to this post to be largely speculative until the software is actually released, but to those who already understand for the most part how the pwnage 2.0 process is going to work, I'd like to ask a question.
I used ziphone to unlock my first iphone because it was a brick at the time and it was the only thing available. I've unlocked multiple phones with pwnage tool since and I don't plan on using anything else in the future. Will I be able to begin the pwnage 2.0 process from my ziphone unlocked 1.1.4 phone, or will i need to restore/downgrade/pwn my phone first?
Any input is appreciated.

Hey,
Since the 2.0 upgrade installs a new baseband version, I'm pretty sure that ziphone will not survive the upgrade. Once you've upgraded, your phone will be virgin and should be unlockable with the new pwnage.
This is just a guess based on what I've seen on the forum.

based on the information I've found around the net over the last few days, I'm pretty sure that you will be fine to just use pwnage tool to upgrade your 1.1.4 iPhone to 2.0.
any other inputs would be greatly appreciated as I am also in the same situation.
iPhone week 46 FW 1.1.2 BL 4.6 unlocked with GUNLOCK => TurboSim is now in the trash
Carrier Optus Australia, everything just works!

ziphone upgrade
ok I know ziphone downgraded the bootloader from 4.6 to 3.9 so when Pwnage comes out for 2.0 do i upgrade the bootlader to 4.6 again or just keep at 3.9
