[1.1.4][PwnageTool] Upgrading to firmware 2.0 from iPlus 2.0
When I purchased my phone (a refurb from AT&T), it had firmware 1.0.1; I restored to 1.1.4 and activated/unlocked using iPlus 2.0.
I have a couple of questions for when PwnageTool 2.0 becomes available:
1. Do I have to do anything special initially because of the unlocking performed by iPlus 2.0, or will Pwning be enough?
2. I read in the New York Times that "The iPhone now requires an authentication step in which the phone must connect to Apple servers through its iTunes software application before it will function again after a software upgrade."
Will Pwnage Tool patch this as well?

Similar(ish) question...
I bought a 1.1.3 iPhone and unlocked with (I think) 2.0 ZiPhone (just clicked the button to do it all) and haven't bothered to update since.
Will I need to DFU to 1.1.4 before using pwnage 2.0 (or I guess equally valid, would I have had to do that to use 1.2?)
Thanks in advance wise ones.
