I had my iphone with Bb 4.6, 1.1.4 Baseband 4.02.13_G, I tried to use the Winpwn tool to get the custom logos, so I also used the Bootneuter, after Winpwn was complete, I could'nt get any signal, and if I did it was for just a couple minutes.

Note: If I turn the aeroplane mode on, and turn it off again, I get signal but for a few minutes, then just appears the carrier logo, but no bars, or just says no service. As same if I reset the Network settings.

I tried everything, I restored it to the 1.1.4 , then I used Iliberty, Ziphone still didn't work, I tried with 1.1.3, same didn't work.

you sir, used an old unlock the first time around.

you have 4.02.13g which is 1.1.2's baseband or geohots first unlock script. basically whatever you used downgraded your baseband when it unlocked instead of ur bootloader hence ur unlock isn't working. bootneuter was not designed for 4.02.13g

you need to fresh restore to 1.1.4 again thru itunes, then re-pwn, then restore to custom 1.1.4 unless u only want the boot logos lol
