Basically as my title suggests i currently have a 1.1.4 unlocked iPhone unlocked with ZiPhone. Honestly i not 100% sure what Ziphone i think i did it with 2 not version 3.

My iPhone originally came with 1.0.2 OTB...got it back in last october.

My modem firmware is: 04.04.05_G

My question is can i go from ZiPhone to winpwn...so aka use 1.1.4 in the winpawn and make my own custom firmware and restore to that?

Yes my iPhone is running fine but i am considering trying 2.0 BETA and you need to be winpwn 1.1.4.

Winpwn is the likely tool i want to use when the real 2.0 BETA comes out in june...if i dont buy the 3G iPhone

Ok, first off, yes you can use WinPwn on a ZiPhoned phone. Just restore to 1.1.4 and then use WinPwn as the sticky in this forum explains or use the Help option found in WinPwn for more help.

Beta, don't try it, not worth the hassle of a buggy software and some disabled features.
